Blaze is based on the true love story between the country singer Blaze Foley and Sybil Rosen. In the film Blaze say to Sybil; "I don't want to be a star, I want to be a legend." But even though he lived surrounded by stars, his own career never really took off. Ethan Hawke has directed this melancholy and romantic biography based on the screenplay written together with Sybil Rosen. In the lead role we see Ben Dickey whose interpretation was awarded at the Sundance Film Festival, in supporting roles we find Sam Rockwell, Alia Shawkat and Kris Kristofferson.
The film is not playable outside of Finland
