The year is 1914 and a young weather observer (Ray Stevenson) arrive at a very remote island in the Antarctic. For a year he will live and work on the island. Once in place, it turns out that his predecessor has disappeared but he meets a crazy man who tells stories about horrific creatures and events. The two men are stuck in the view tower while the scary creatures get closer and closer. In Variety, they write that this horror film delivers "Stylish and well-made monster horror." In The Hollywood News they write that ”Cold Skin is a must!”.
