Two young Mormon missionaries, Sister Barnes (Sophie Thatcher) and Sister Paxton (Chloe East), are out proselytizing when they knock on the door of an eccentric and seemingly hospitable elderly English gentleman, Mr. Reed (Hugh Grant). Invited in from the rain, they believe they've found a genuinely interested convert.

However, as they delve deeper into theological discussion, the young women quickly realize they've fallen into a sinister trap. Mr. Reed's home is not just a house, but a labyrinth where they become ensnared in a psychological cat-and-mouse game. Their faith and their very survival are put to the ultimate test as Mr. Reed relentlessly challenges their beliefs, forcing them to confront uncomfortable truths. They must use all their wits and resourcefulness to escape his manipulative clutches and survive the terrifying ordeal.
