The policeman Bennie (Jackie Chan) has been chasing the criminal boss Victor Wong for more than a decade. When Bennies niece Samantha gets into trouble with Wongs crime syndicate, Bennie must find the only man who can help him, the fast-talking American Connor (Johnny Knoxville).
