I this dazzled film we meet the young songwriters BV (Ryan Gossling) and Faye (Rooney Mara), who live in a stormy on-and-off relationship. When BV meets another woman, Faye contact Cook (Michael Fassbender), with whom she previously had a relationship. The charismatic music producer Cook is also BV's biggest competitor and enemy. The three of them end up in a complicated love story and an intensive chain of events is started.
